Job Title: Graduate Marketing and Sales Associate

My client is a new start up business within the IT Backup solutions industry.

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a joint venture in setting up a new business in the UK. You would be joining at a great time and be part of something from the very early stages with exciting opportunities for the future. You will be required to develop the sales and marketing plan in conjunction with a marketing partner and get the opportunity to travel to France for up to 6 months.

You will spend the first 3-6 months in France gaining an in-depth understanding of the products and sales methods. The next 6 months will be based in the UK developing the Sales and Marketing plan for the UK business with the aim of becoming part of the management team in the future.

Specific tasks include:

- Gaining a high level understanding of the businesses products
- Developing an in depth understanding of how they sell the products in France to bring ideas to the UK plan
- Developing the sales and marketing plan
- Being a key project leader for developing the business

Requirements:

- 2:1 or above in Business Studies, Marketing or related
- Strong awareness of marketing principles
- A confident and entrepreneurial personality
- Strong business awareness
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to be based in France for 3-6 months
