Job Title: Graduate Marketing Analyst

Established for over 20 years, my client has become the largest and most successful transatlantic tour operator.

In this role you will be responsible for the delivery and reporting of direct marketing to maximise the value and successes from campaigns and improve business performance.

The key responsibilities are as follows:

- Use data to build direct marketing campaigns.
- Assist in improving customer contact strategy and perfecting campaign plans.
- Increase the value of marketing campaigns in terms of both customer acquisition and retention.
- Key involvement in data planning process to ensure accurate and effective plans for data driven channels.
- Responsible for post campaign evaluation and reporting on ROI and results.
- Assisting the Insight Manager with targeting and reporting campaigns. You will also be involved in the creation of reports.
- Extracting data from the database.
- Working very closely with other members of the Insight team to share knowledge.

The essential skills for this role will be as follows:

- Minimum 2.1 in Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research or Economics.
- Highly numerate with solid analytical skills.
- Confident manipulating large data sets.
- A good understanding of data.
- Ideally knowledge of SQL.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ideally some experience in data analysis, reporting or marketing.
