Our client is a major player in the supply and servicing of innovative catering and laundry equipment to a range of large, well known companies.

This is a fast-track graduate programme that will push you to develop into a middle management role within two years of joining the company. It is expected that you will progress to become a member of the senior management team within five years.

You will become an integral member of the company and make a significant contribution toward achieving the goals of the company's strategic plan.

This is a structured two year scheme that will see you add value to all areas of the business.

In your first week you will have a comprehensive induction that will give you an overview of all of the business processes.

You will then undertake three placements in different areas:

Your first placement (approx three months) will be in IT, gaining an understanding of how their databases are used across the business by rotating across departments. You will act as an In-House Consultant to staff and write and run reports from databases as directed by management. The database packages that you will gain an in depth understanding of are Sage 200 and Iris Call Centre Management (prior experience on these programs is not essential).

Your second placement (approx six months) will see you using tools such as ODBC and Crystal to obtain data in a specific format as required. In this placement you will gain an understanding of how and why data is manipulated and its relevance to the business.

By the time you start your final placement you will already have an excellent understanding of all the business processes. You will now be at the stage where you can make a real difference to the business. You will have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience after your initial six months. Now you will be able to develop and implement new systems such as CRM, Project Application Software and mobile data systems for engineering staff. This placement will last approx 21 months.
