This organisation is passionate about education. It works alongside school leaders to help enhance the learning and teaching of social and emotional intelligence. Each year they deliver high-quality in-school workshops for tens of thousands of young people, staff, parents and governors.
Key Responsibilities:
- To deliver training (conferences and workshops)
- To successfully market and sell training to new and existing customers (though written communication, not cold-calling)
- To develop and maintain excellent customer relationships
Location:
Mainly working from home AND at schools within the area. The initial training will be in the South of England from Tues 26th August 2014 and during much of September 2014 (accommodation etc. will be provided). You will need to be living around the mid-west of the country, in proximity of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Birmingham and Herefordshire.
Salary and Rewards:
The initial salary is £20,000 per annum. Other rewards include a good degree of flexible working hours, allowable business expenses, 6 weeks holiday per annum and a bonus scheme to significantly increase earnings. Please note that there will be a probationary training period from 26 August 2015 - 30 Sept 2015 which must be completed successfully and will be paid at the equivalent of £10,000 per annum + allowable business expenses.

Requirements:
- Ideally on course for a 2.1 in your chosen subject
- Own car and full driving licence
- Must be living within a reasonable commute to the locations mentioned or be happy to relocate
- Preferably own your own mobile and laptop
- Prepared to work from home and on school premises (expenses will be paid)
- Prepared to work flexible hours (including early morning travel)
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and can show evidence of this e.g. voluntary work, work experience
- Excellent people and communication skills, presence and command of the English language
- Teachable
- Positive and enthusiastic
- Ability to work on own and alongside others e.g. for co-delivery of conferences
- Open to the opportunity of running your own business (franchise) in the long-term
