Job Title: Graduate IT Recruitment Resourcer

One of the UK's leading multi-sector recruitment companies who have built up a fantastic reputation over the last twenty years for delivering the best talent in contract, interim and permanent positions. They cover vacancies within IT, Financial IT, Risk, Compliance, Auditing and many more.

A new opportunity has arisen within the business for a graduate to join as a Resourcer in the Broadcast and Media recruitment team. You will be supporting an Associate Director and a Senior Resourcer in finding contract IT staff (largely Project Managers and Business Analysts) for prestigious clients such as BBC, Sony and Virgin.

This is a very fast-paced and demanding role, with new roles being released by clients on a regular basis and short deadlines to find the best candidates. You will be working on a number of projects at any time and in competition with other IT recruiters.

This is a very established 'hot' desk within the business and therefore the opportunity to make commission is very strong. The basic salary is £19-21k with bonuses of £250 per placement.

My client is looking for the role to be filled ASAP and will be looking for the following:
