Job Title: Graduate IT Recruitment Consultants

Owned by hugely successful recruitment entrepreneur, this small business near London Bridge provide a range of recruitment solutions for large IT software and consulting firms. They are growing fast and have ambitious plans for the future which centre around hiring and developing dynamic graduates into high-earning IT recruiters.

Looking for three graduates to start ASAP in the entry-level role of Delivery Consultant.

A very fast-paced telephone sales role with emphasis on finding the best technical candidates for a range of roles from graduate to CEO, usually for large corporate businesses. The emphasis in this role is very much on finding high quality candidates rather than a high volume. You will be supporting experienced Recruiters and will work on a number of recruitment requirements.

On top of a basic salary of £18k there is a commission structure which should take this to way beyond £40k in your first year. You will be looking to progress to Account Manager status within six months which carries a higher basic salary and increased commissions.

You must have the following:

- Ideally a 2.1 although 2.2 degrees are considered
- Some form of sales or promotions experience or other experience of using persuasive communication
- A genuine ambition to work in a highly lucrative sales career
- Strong, confident telephone manner
- Ability to cope with working longer hours and to dynamic targets
