Job Title: Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant

One of the UK's leading multi-sector recruitment companies who have built up a fantastic reputation over the last twenty years for delivering the best talent in contract, interim and permanent positions. They cover vacancies within IT, Financial IT, Risk, Compliance, Auditing and many more.

The company has two positions available in their Key Clients team within their Financial IT division. This is the most profitable team in the company who can boast Preferred Supplier List status with a host of the top financial institutions.

The role of a Resourcer is to support the Recruitment Consultants by sourcing and selecting the best candidates per vacancy and in the fastest time. You will be utilising resources such as their huge database of 150,000 individuals, networking, gaining referrals and using jobs boards. You will be responsible for creating and implementing adverts and selecting the best response as well as editing CVs to meet client expectations. You will be looking to promote your vacancies to the best candidates to generate enthusiasm and interest in the roles.

The basic salary for this position is around £20k, with a commission scheme that should take you to beyond £35k in year one if you meet expectations.
