A truly global IT recruitment consultancy with over 4,500 staff across 40 offices spanning Europe, Asia and the USA. Their huge market presence and flexibility allows them to specialise in contract, interim, permanent and executive recruitment solutions across a range of industries and in the private and public sectors.

The company has vacancies across all of their specialist recruitment teams in the Central London office. You will initially be tasked with supporting one of these teams in the role of a Resourcer.

Key responsibilities include:
- Locating candidates by matching individuals against a pre-determined job specification
- Conducting searches using the company database and external jobs boards, posting job adverts, building the company database
- Qualifying candidate relevance and commitment to assigned vacancies, obtaining business leads and securing references
- Developing a solid understanding of the technicalities of your working environment and using this to develop new business relationships for the company

The company offers a fantastic mixture of desk-based training and external courses to ensure that you have all the tools necessary to become a successful consultant. They have an online portal which employees can access to find out about the specialist training courses which are delivered by six external trainers.

The starting salary for the role is £20,000 and commission is available in the Resourcer role. Progression to Consultant should take 3-6 months, to which you will have more competitive financial targets and should be looking to build a client base. The OTE (on target earnings) for this role are at least £30,000 in your first year.
There is a very clear route to management which is encouraged from within alongside other benefits including car allowance, pension, subsidised gym membership, season ticket loan and regular shopping, vouchers and holiday prizes.

You must be a fantastic communicator, able to deliver presentations and sales pitches over the telephone and in person. The role is highly sales-orientated so you must be able to establish your perseverance, tenacity and resilience in the interview process. This is a corporate business so candidates will need to be smart in appearance.
