Job Title: Graduate IT Recruitment Consultant

A boutique recruitment consultancy who specialise in securing highly technical engineers on a contract or permanent basis for a range of clients throughout Europe and beyond. The main industries they recruit into are Finance, Telecommunications and Defence. From their base in south-west London, they have successfully made placements in over 37 countries since trading began in 2005.

This is a great opportunity to work with two seriously experienced and successful recruiters within the Engineering sector. They only work on high margin business which means commission is far greater. This is a very hands-on position where you will be quickly immersed into business-to-business recruitment sales, with a view to bringing in new requirements for contract or permanent job vacancies. You will be looking to find the best candidates as quickly as possible and selling your clients' positions to them. The role also requires you to prepare candidates for interviews and manage the offer negotiation for successful applicants.

The basic salary for this position is £18k and you will earn between 20-30% commissions for all deals, which means you should be looking to earn at least £35k in your first year.

Requirements:

You must be living in South West London or be happy to relocate so you have a reasonable commute - good locations are Wimbledon, Clapham, Fulham, Richmond etc. You must be a fantastic communicator, a hard-worker, resilient and able to cope with large volumes of sales calls. Sales experience itself is not necessary but welcomed.
