Job Title: Graduate IT Project Manager

My client is a financial services company specialising in consumer loans.

My client is looking for someone with the drive and motivation to deliver key projects for the business to optimize operational efficiency within the IT department.

After receiving appropriate training you will:

- Lead key IT projects along the full life cycle from conception to implementation by initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing
- Manage business critical processes and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Apply company methodology and enforce project standards
- Gain an understanding of IT policy procedures and adhere to them

The essential skills for this role are as follows:

- You will need to be a graduate from a top 20 university
- 2:1 or above in a Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or Business related degree
- A's and B's at A-Level
- Interest in IT
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Motivated with excellent attention to detail

Desirable:

- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of IT project life cycles
- Knowledge of C and SQL
