This highly successful IT Consultancy are looking for a confident graduate to join their team as a HR and Internal Recruitment Coordinator. Initially, you will be responsible for both HR and Recruitment duties however over time, your role will develop into an Internal Recruitment- focussed position.
You responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinating day-to-day recruitment processes
- Attending recruitment fairs, in particular relating to graduate recruitment
- Managing new starter and leaver processes
- Performing inductions
- General HR administrative support e.g. sponsorship of visas, employee recognition

- 2:1 equivalent or above in your chosen degree discipline
