Job Title: Graduate Insight Analyst

You will be joining one of the UK's most popular travel loyalty companies as an Insight Analyst within the marketing team. The team strives to understand what the customer thinks and what the customer does in order to derive insight and drive the business forward.

You will be supporting the Senior Insight Manager to implement specified analytical projects aimed at helping the business achieve its objectives. This involves working with a large amount of data, identifying customer trends and usage as well as developing models and writing reports.

You will have the opportunity to develop and apply statistical and analytical tools to measure the effectiveness of promotion for the company and to solve a broad range of analytical marketing problems.

You will receive all the appropriate training in the following:
-Analysis of data using tools such as SAS, SQL and Excel
-Produce reports and ad hoc analysis as requires

Key responsibilities:
-Providing analytical support to the business
-Providing results from analysis in a clear and understandable way, communicate findings and making recommendations
-Querying and manipulating data to aid commercial insight
-Help develop and support models to improve targeting and responses
-Monitoring and understanding customer behaviour
-Producing reports and offering insight

Requirements:
-Completed a numerical degree or equivalent
-Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential
-Statistically literate
-Apptitude for Programming
-A strong level of computer literacy including Excel
-An interest in working in a marketing environment
-Strong interpersonal skills
-A team player
