This company is looking for a graduate to join them in either their High Wycombe or Wiesbaden (nr Frankfurt) offices, in a junior position supporting their Implementation teams.

The successful candidate would assist these teams in the delivery and implementation of industry leading customer experience and market research solutions. The role would involve the creation and upkeep of project documentation, configuration and troubleshooting of technical solutions, helping define the best strategies and methodologies for projects through product knowledge and working with internal stakeholders to ensure flawless project delivery.

This role would be ideal for a graduate with a non IT background looking to break into the industry, or a graduate with an IT or Computer Science background that is not looking for standard development opportunities.

Requirements:

- A 2:1 or equivalent in any STEM subject
- Some exposure to HTML, CSS or JavaScript
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- For those interested in the position in Germany you will need fluent German
