My client is looking for a bright and motivated graduate who is looking to build their career within the Human Resources profession. They are seeking a hardworking candidate who is able to work independently and take on numerous projects simultaneously. You will also be sponsored to complete your CIPD qualification.

Reporting to the Group HR Manager you will provide generalist HR support to the group functions, and support high profile projects. This is a challenging and diverse role where you will have the exciting opportunity to learn about all areas of HR.

The job requires someone with exceptional administration, organisation and time management skills who is capable of dealing with multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis. Applicants for this role should possess the drive and enthusiasm required for a demanding role within a supportive and ever-changing environment.

Other requirements include:

- Degree qualification at 2.1 or above.
- A minimum of 300 UCAS points.
- Experience of working within a commercial business environment.
- Experience of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills: ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability in influencing others and communicating with staff at all levels.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Articulate, positive and professional at all times.
- Geographically mobile.
