The role is involves supporting the HR Manager in all HR related maters such as:
-Recruitment
-Policies and procedures - like employment law, contracts etc
-Performance management - supporting training and learning and development
-People management - employee relations matter
All in all a varied and busy role that will expand your knowledge from day one!
Requirements:
-Degree in an HR related course or Business Administration (2:2 min grade)
-As this role is an internal position with a huge amount of cross department communication needed we require excellent written and verbal communication skills
-We are looking for candidates who are fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law -and HR best practice
-Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
