My client is a specialist software and analytics consultancy providing advanced planning and strategic analysis applications to manufacturers and retailers in the consumer goods sector.
My client is seeking a high calibre candidate for this HR Co-Ordinator opportunity within their global organisation.
The role will require you to work directly with the French HR Manger to support her with all elements of HR gaining an insight into the HR requirements of a multinational organisation. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects with French Managers.
You will need a numerate aptitude as you will be responsible for budgeting, looking at salaries across the business and working with a lot of HR data.
This role will start as a temporary position from March 2015 to January 2016, but is highly likely to be made permanent. Once this has happened and you have some experience under your belt you will have the opportunity to work towards your CIPD.
Requirements:
- Fluent French, verbal and written
- 2:1 level or above in any degree subject
- 300 UCAS points (from your first 3 A-Levels)
- Aptitude for numeracy
- Confident communication skills
- Good business acumen
- Excellent attention to detail
