Based within an easy commute of London, this firm is a division of an International Multi-billion dollar business. It focusses on providing data driven marketing solutions to their clients.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide amazing and unrivalled customer service to the company's clients. You will be using the company's marketing mediums, processes and your knowledge to clearly identify client issues and provide the best solution to the clients.
This role acts as part of a team of support analysts and the role manages and organises their individual client support request, internal project and resource to provide a timely, professional and efficient service to the client.
Your day to day duties will include:

- Client Management
- Process Improvement
This is a fab, entry level role for graduates who have a clear passion for customer service as well as wanting to work for a well known brand and leader in their field.
