This company is a provider of online fieldwork services to pharmaceutical market research, consulting and healthcare communication agencies.

The successful candidate will be supporting the client service team in providing the highest levels of client service, project management and functional technical skills whilst ensuring excellent working relationships. The candidate will work within the client service team alongside senior members of the team to assist in the successful delivery on online healthcare market research projects.

Specific tasks include the following:

- Helping to ensure that all studies are executed to meet client specifications and expectations with regards to quality and timeliness
- Reviewing and timing client questionnaires with senior support to develop recommendations to clients for online suitability and project success
- Checking of online survey links to ensure accurate programming
- Coordinating with other departments such as the project managers, programming and translation to ensure a seamless project management process
- Assisting in the development of daily project updates to clients

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, clear thinker, with a passion to enter the world of healthcare market research.

You will also have:

- Degree level education, minimum of 2:1 grade
- Ideally hold a relevant degree in Biological Sciences, Psychology or Sociology
- Strong focus on quality and excellent client service
- Excellent communication skills, which you use frequently to build relationships with many different stakeholders from within and outside the organisation
- An interest in existing market research methods adopted by the pharmaceutical sector and their impact on the medical community
- Experience of working with questionnaires and screeners to field online surveys
- Familiarity with Excel and SPSS
- Experience of working with data and drawing interpretations
