The Director wants to hire graduates who will have the opportunity to progress through the business from Researcher to Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Team Lead and then even Principal and Director level positions. There are plans in the pipeline to have a share options scheme to retain great staff and reward accordingly.
Graduates will join in the role of Researcher, reporting to the Director or Senior Consultant. Researchers are responsible for all activities within candidate attraction including:
- Talent mapping
- Cold-calling to introduce the firm to potential candidates
- Gathering insight into candidate backgrounds through phone consultation
- Pitching relevant vacancies to generate interest
- Booking candidate meetings and interviews which you attend with Senior Consultants
Progression to Associate Consultant is achieved after three placements, which takes 2-5 months. Associate Consultants are more involved in managing the projects from end to end under the mentorship of the Senior Consultants or Director. Progression to full Consultant should happen within the first 12 months.
