A specialist firm of forensic accountants, whose job it is to investigate financial disputes. They work with lawyers, insurance companies, regulatory authorities and corporate entities.

Investigative, forward thinking, analytical graduates with a passion for problem solving are required for this excellent opportunity to train as a Forensic Accountant.
If you are interested in developing your knowledge and solving high level disputes between corporate organisations then forensic accounting could be for you.
It will be your role to investigate and analyse the information to resolve the issue, sometimes working on high profile cases. You will go straight to work within the specialist team whilst studying for your ACA qualification, all of which is paid for by the company with study leave. Working for an international company, you can expect a clear career path, the opportunity to travel worldwide and a salary within the top quartile of those paid by large Accountancy practices.
Please note that this position will start September 2012 and the recruitment process will run from now until July. First round interviews will take place late May to early June and finals late June to July, so you will need to be able to interview on these dates to be considered.
You will need to have an analytical mind with the ability to look at detail, without missing or losing the big picture. The role will involve a high amount of team work and your excellent communication skills will be used both in the office environment and when you travel for investigations and work related projects dealing with both internal and external clients. A degree related to Accountancy is NOT required but you will need to have intellectual curiosity and strong numerical skills.
- Ideally a 2:1 degree and 320 UCAS points (300 if your application is strong in other areas)
- Ability to spot the unusual, and tenacity to discover the cause
- Confidence to handle challenging situations and develop relationships with colleagues and clients
- Obvious extra-curricular interests
- Be a high achiever.
