Job Title: Graduate Financial Recruitment Resourcer

My client is a niche consultancy firm in the City that provides people based solutions and tactical solutions for financial institutions. The two key business functions are recruitment consulting and change management consulting. The business was established in 1993 and is owned and run by experienced banking professionals. Their clients include leading banks, financial institutions, specialist financial consulting houses and the ?Big 4? Consulting firms and they have been working with Deloitte and KPMG for over a decade.

The company is looking to take on a number of graduates to join their resourcing team. You will be responsible for engaging with finance, operations and technology consultants for recruitment projects or consulting assignments.

Responsibilities include:

- Using business networking websites and job boards to search for consultants
- Name gathering via word of mouth and referrals
- Headhunting consultants for your projects and establishing availability
- Arranging interviews
- Administration

The training and development will be managed by the Head of Consulting, who has experience in training graduates from previous businesses. Base salary for this position starts at £18k and with the commission scheme has a first year OTE of £30k. In your second year you will be progressing into a client-side sales and client relationship management function either as a recruiter or in consulting sales. OTE in your second year is £50k and beyond.
