Job Title: Graduate Financial Recruitment Resourcer

This financial recruitment specialist - based in central Brighton - was launched at the end of 2009 and have already enjoyed great success, taking advantage of an upturn in demand for contract staffing within the financial services sector. They have an ambitious growth strategy which includes hiring a mixture of graduates and experienced consultants.

The Resourcer role is an ideal route to get into recruitment for those who have no experience in the sector. It is a target-driven sales role where you will be looking to find the most suitable candidates for your clients and promoting vacancies to them. In this particular role you will be using a variety of mediums to source contractors within the financial services sector, specifically quality assurers and insolvency experts. This requires a lot of phone-based work and high volumes of calls to find those who are most likely to want a move.

The company is experiencing a huge demand for their services which means plenty of vacancies to work on and plenty of commission to be made. For each role that you help to fill there will be a bonus. The basic salary for the role is £16-18k and progression to Recruitment Consultant should take 3-6 months. Estimated earnings are £30k in year one and £50k in year two.

We are open to most degrees but want to see evidence of achievement and application within your studies. More importantly, we are looking for evidence of selling, negotiating, persuading, influencing, hitting targets and resilience.

You must live within a reasonable commute to Brighton.
