Job Title: Graduate Financial Recruitment Consultant

Established as one of the largest independent financial recruitment companies in the UK, my award-winning client is looking for a number of graduates to join their fast paced, progressive business. Currently they are over 100 strong, have been trading for over 17 years and specialise in areas within the Financial industry; including Tax, Banking, Accountancy, Audit, Management Consultancy and Treasury amongst other Financial disciplines. They recruit across all levels from newly qualified to senior level candidates into both permanent and temporary positions. They boast preferred supplier status with prestigious clients such as Bank of America, UBS, Deutsche Bank, GSK and Vodafone. Their successful growth has seen a £21m turnover in 2010 and they are confident this will continue to rise.

A number of entry-level opportunities have arisen for money-driven, target motivated graduates. As an Associate Consultant, it will be your role to learn your market, assess client needs and approach candidates to promote opportunities to them. You will use your networking capabilities and sales techniques to acquire candidate interest.

Offering a fantastic package and transparent career development structure, you will enter the company on a basic salary of between £21-23k. In your first year, you can potentially earn £40k rising to £70k in your second year. Your career development and training is also tailored to your performance.

The 'work hard, play hard' cliche is certainly evident with the company.
