Job Title: Graduate Financial Headhunters

A unique and dynamic recruitment group comprising of three specialist headhunting companies. They are at the forefront of recruitment within the global finance sector and along with their headquarters in London, have just opened up their first international office in the US with more to follow in Asia.

The start date for this position is January 2011.

Initially joining the search team, you will be tasked with finding and attracting the best candidates within high-level positions in Investment Banking, Hedge Funds and Asset Management businesses. You will utilise a variety of methods to seek out your target market which will include networking, word-of-mouth referrals and business directories. Once competent, you will be looking to use your knowledge and skills to set up your own recruitment desk, developing relationships with key business decision makers and pitching your services to them. You will be aiming to recruit for senior positions in excess of £100k.

The basic salary for this position is £18k and with the high fees and commission scheme on offer you should be looking to earn in excess of £50k in your first year. With the right attitude and ambition you should be looking to earn a six figure salary in your second year.

Future opportunities include the setting up of recruitment teams, regional offices and either joining or opening offices in new locations. Opportunities currently exist to relocate to Los Angeles after a qualifying period or to the planned offices in New York and Asia in the longer term.
