Job Title: Graduate Financial Headhunter

A boutique executive search firm focusing on senior level appointments across the risk management area of financial services.

Working on exclusive high-level recruitment projects for a handful of presitious clients, their size enables them to build up close, personal relationships that other recruiters cannot offer.

Due to a growth in demand, the company is looking to hire a graduate who will join as a Researcher, supporting the current team of experienced consultants. Using a range of methodologies, you will be tasked with the identification and placement of high-end financial executives within risk management roles.

The position is largely telephone-based and will involve pitching new vacancies to the best candidates in the market. As your experience and skills grow, you will have the opportunity to move into account management and client-focused sales.

The basic salary is £18k and with success you will also benefit from a generous commission structure. You should be looking to earn £25-30k in your first year.

Requirements:

- Graduated with a 2.1, ideally from a Business or Finance related degree
- Genuine interest in the financial markets
- Mature attitude to work
- First-rate levels of communication
- Ability to engage, persuade and negotiate
