Job Title: Graduate Financial Analyst/Management Accountancy

Established for over 20 years, my client has become the largest and most successful transatlantic tour operator.

A fantastic opportunity for a bright graduate who is looking to get into Management Accounting. This is with a Global company who will fund your ACCA and CIMA qualification.

This will include preparing, analysing and reporting on monthly results as well as providing financial support commercially to the area of the business you are responsible for. The role is specifically to support the retail channel however there will be involvement in other areas such as management accounting, commercial analysis, financial control reporting.

The essential skills for this role are as follows:

- Minimum 2.1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Maths, Business, Management
- Experience of working in a finance department, preferably in a fast-moving business
- Would like to work towards achieving a CIMA or ACCA qualification
- Competent in Excel and Powerpoint and ideally experience of financial planning and reporting tools (Business Objects, Oracle and Cognos) preferable
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, as well as influence and persuade
- Strong analytical exposure and an investigative approach, as well as solid commercial experience and awareness
- The ability to work using your own initiative
- A strong team player
- Positive and constructive 'can do' attitude and approach to work with a strong customer focus
- Excellent planning and time management skills with proven ability to work to tight deadlines
