Job Title: Graduate Finance Rotational Scheme

A leading global insurance and financial services provider.

An opportunity has arisen to join the company on the Financial Training Programme. This rotational programme will expose you to all key areas of the business and expose you to multiple different projects across business areas.

During the programme you will have three placements which will last three years in total. On all rotations you will be given early responsibility and play a vital role in the business area you are assigned to. The scheme will offer you great exposure, and you will make a genuine contribution during your training.

At the end of the scheme there will be opportunities to join one of the business areas you have experienced during your rotations on a permanent basis.

You will also be able to work towards a financial professional qualification of your choosing from CIMA, ACA, OR ACCA. This scheme offers fantastic support across the business; you will be assigned a mentor and buddy to help you integrate into your locations and you will have constant support from senior managers in your business area.

All candidates must have geographical flexibility as it is likely that each rotation will be in a different part of the UK.

Before applying candidates must be available to interview throughout August and early September. The role will then start mid-September, and you must be able to attend an induction period between mid-September and mid-October. Therefore if you have any plans to go away during this time it is unlikely we will be able to consider you.

In order to apply candidates must:

- Have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 in their undergraduate degree
- Have a demonstrable interest in the finance and insurance industries
- Have excellent communication skills in English - both written and oral
- Be a team player
- Have a strong numerate ability
- Be willing to study towards a professional qualification
- Be geographically flexible

Although candidates do not have to come from a financial degree background an understanding of the industry is essential. If you have not studied this at University you will be assessed on your knowledge of and motivation for joining the finance industry.
