Job Title: Graduate Field Sales Executive

Our client provides marking and printing solutions, and is a leader within their field.

A unique opportunity to join this progressive sales team in a Graduate Trainee role that will mix existing account management with new business development. As part of this successful national sales team you will initially shadow and be mentored by an experienced manager before gradually taking over your own area in which to manage and increase business. Essential to this role is the ability to work autonomously although you will have exceptional support and backup from Head Office and your National Sales Manager. You should have a strong hunger to make money and this should be a key motivator along with a competitive streak that means you enjoy smashing your targets.

The role will involve:
- Relationship building
- Account management
- Lead generation
- Pitching and winning of new business
- Closing of deals and securing repeat business

As well as a substantial basic salary of up to £25k you will be looking to earn at least £30k in your first year rising to in excess of £40k year two. For the right person this role will give you unparalleled earning potential, exceptional training and development and the ability to progress into senior roles within the organisation.

The ideal candidate would have some existing sales experience and be able to demonstrate examples of generating revenue and increasing sales although this could be during University. This is a field sales role and as such all applicants must have a full driver's licence although a car will be provided as part of the package. Your territory will be the North East area including Newcastle, Durham and Middlesbrough.
