A small, sophisticated executive headhunting business who are respected suppliers of talent within the fields of Strategy Consulting and MandA. They work with a range of FTSE 100 businesses, global investment banks, retail banks and consulting firms.
A great opportunity for up to two professional, smart and engaging graduates to join my client in the role of Researcher.
After the first 2-4 weeks of training and role-plays you should be at a level of confidence to start approaching the best candidates on the market for respected vacancies within Strategy and MandA. You will be recruiting for vacancies paying upwards of £70k and usually in six figures. The nature of the market requires those with a consultative, professional approach rather than bullying sales tactics.
Researchers are paid £19-21k plus £500 per candidate placed. There are two bonuses of £5k based on number of placements made. You should be looking to progress into a full Consultant role within 12 months, which leads to increased pay and commission. Total earnings should be £30k in your first year and considerably more thereafter due to the generous, uncapped commission scheme.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background. Ideally 2.1 or 1st class from top university with A's and B's at A-level
- Interest in business
- Excellent telephone manner suitable to working within professional industry
- Office-based work experience, ideally using external communications
- Genuine commitment to a career in Executive Headhunting
