Graduates in the role of Research Consultant, will be working on retained executive search projects for director to board level hires within FMCG, digital retail and media for roles paying £100-500k.
The Role:
- Capturing the brief and formulating the search strategy
- Market mapping and candidate identification
- Initial approach and qualification of candidate suitability
- Presentation of the brief to suitable candidates
- Candidate management at all stages; interview preparation, communication and information management
- Providing milestone updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Preparation of executive summaries and market reports
- Management of the Experience programme - a key part of gauging and maintaining client and candidate satisfaction levels
- Management of internal business improvement projects
- Conducting conversations and developing relationships with senior industry figures to identify possible business development opportunities
