World leading FMCG within the confectionery sector.
This two year rotational graduate programme will see you complete three eight month rotations, with all three being very different to enable you to build up a broad range of transferable skills. As well as being involved in a variety of projects you will also be given a huge amount of responsibility from day one, expect to lead projects and to work as part of a wider team. You will be involved with both hands on engineering as well as the design and implementation of projects, but also you will be working with the marketing, finance and logistics teams as you scope out the wider business impact of your work.
After the two year programme there is a development programme to enable you to move into a senior position. The scheme is also IMechE accredited.
Essential skills include:
- To hold or be expecting a 2:1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or Mechatronics
- Good A-level grades with a minimum of 300 UCAS points from your first three A-levels
- Geographically mobile as roles will be based in South East or rotating between Midlands and North
- Good verbal skills
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Strong personal drive
