This company is the UK's leading specialist Business, Analytical and IT consultancy, they employ over 1500 people. Their portfolio of clients covers diverse areas such as National Security and the Public Sector, through to commercial industries such as Telecommunications, Utilities and Pharmaceuticals. Their services include business consulting, software and hardware development, technical consultancy and complex data analytics work.
This is a great opportunity to join a leading technology consultancy within the team that designs and builds cutting edge electronic solutions and other bespoke solutions, generally focusing on projects related to solving communications problems.
Based in Guildford or Gloucester as a Graduate Engineer, you will work in small teams contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle. Rather than being placed in a 'back room' lab, you'll get the opportunity to mix technical challenges with customer-facing and project management tasks to give a wide variety of work on a day-to-day basis.
Due to the nature of the work the client undertakes, candidates must be eligible for security clearance - this means that you must hold a UK passport and need to have been in residence in the UK for three out of the last five years. Unfortunately candidates who hold other EU passports, IGS, SEGS or HSMP are not eligible for this clearance and so are not able to be submitted to the client for this role.
*** This role will start in 2010 ***

-Real-time applications (typically C or C++)
-High speed digital electronics
-RF and analogue (low noise) electronics
