Based in Surrey our client is a privately owned technical consultancy specialising in the national security and defence sectors.
My client is looking to recruit a number of technical graduates and post graduates to join them this year. As they are a small firm you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects so the client is looking for candidates who have a flexible approach to their work. Your role will include office work as well as working on client sites. You must be comfortable presenting your work to others. Due to the nature of the work there will be travel involved and projects can vary in length from a couple of days to several months in length.
Definite areas of interest include:
- Software development in C, C++ or Java
- Electronics and Electrical engineering skills
? Analogue and digital electronics, Signal processing, VHDL implementation for FPGAs
You will be either expecting to graduate this summer, or have already graduated, with a 2.1 or above in an Engineering, IT, Maths or Physics discipline or be completing your post graduate studies. You will have strong A-level grades and be able to undertake UK security clearance to DV level.
