My client is a world class provider of components and services to the Aerospace Industry. They provide manufacturing, supply chain management and project management services to many of the major aerospace companies across Europe and North America.
This 3 year graduate programme beginning in September 2012 will involve undertaking strategic projects from the outset. The successful candidate will be working across my client's 3 UK sites in Northern England, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.
This is not your standard Graduate Scheme that's built on routine departmental placements but will instead see you hitting the ground running by immediately taking charge of projects for varying periods of time.
This is not a role for the faint hearted. My client is looking for the leaders of the future so personal drive, energy and motivation are essential. The right candidate must have a genuine desire to make a difference in their field and be determined to become a project leader.

Essential skills include:
- A 2.1 BEng or above in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related
- Eligibility for UK security clearance
- A genuine passion to become a leader
- Enthusiasm and willingness to travel across the 3 UK sites for extended periods of time
