My client is a fast-growing manufacturing company. Their main office is in the Midlands, but they also have operations in North America and Asia. With rapid growth plans they are looking to double their size in the next three years.

My client is offering a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to join them on a rotational programme. The opportunity would suit a graduate seeking their first position as you will be given thorough training over the first year and be trained into a managerial position. You will be managed by, and report to, the Engineering Director who will also act as your mentor as you rotate through the various functions. The experience you gain working for the various departments will prove invaluable in your managerial career.

Key skills for the roles:

- To hold a minimum of a 2:2 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or similar
- To have excellent communication skills
- To show leadership potential
- To be able to work effectively in a team environment
