This business is a small, fast-moving and multi-skilled company, specialising within the water engineering sector.
This is an opportunity for a graduate engineer to jump straight into the real world, working on live projects within the water sector from the get go.
With a proven track record of successfully training up junior engineers to become well rounded professionals, you - as the successful candidate - will have the chance to benefit from this excellent development opportunity.
As an outline, some of the responsibilities will include:
- On site plant operation
- Collation of plant operating manuals
- Putting together process standards
- Preparation of technical reports
- Looking after remote plant monitoring support
You'll be working directly with the Managing Director and Senior Process Engineer, who will take you under their wing and offer you the support you need.
They are very open and encouraging towards giving you as much responsibility as possible, to the point where you could be co-managing the business within 5 years, which would be incredible thing to do at such an early stage in your professional career!
Essential skills:
- Degree within Chemical, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or Process Engineering
- Driving licence
Desired skills:
- Strong AutoCAD Skills
- Practical experience within water engineering, treatment or management
- Strong communication skills
