This Graduate Programme for Future Leaders offers a fast-track opportunity for you to become a Senior Manager in a Fast Moving Consuming Goods (FMCG) company. As an Engineering graduate joining this scheme you will be incorporating several functions such as Production, Engineering and Environmental Services.
Over a three year period you can expect to spend time gaining experience across these areas and be involved in a range of diverse projects, with the aim of developing a solid understanding of both engineering principles and techniques and their importance in manufacturing.
As you move through the programme you will acquire the knowledge and experience to make a positive impact on production operations, identifying areas for development and driving continuous improvement. Your first placement will likely be as an Environmental Services Engineer at their Brackley site.
As an Environmental Services Engineer, you will ensure adherence to environmental legislation, creating and maintaining policies, standards and procedures for the site. You will gain a broad understanding of operations whilst continually seeking solutions to minimise environmental impact. Responsible for the setting and measurement of environmental targets and objectives, you will provide regular performance information to the management team. Future placements may be in engineering or production teams at any of their UK sites.

As well as a 2:1 degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related subject, you should have a clear motivation for a career in Engineering within a FMCG organisation.
You'll be great with people, with a passion for their development, as well as a strong relationship-builder who can think flexibly. You need to be fairly flexible on where you are located throughout the three years.
