My client operates customer loyalty and travel reward schemes for global organisations.
You will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the planning, delivery and optimisation of exciting digital campaigns aimed at increasing customer engagement and interaction.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting with the creation and optimisation of digital strategy content i.e. landing pages, routes to pages
- Working and liaising with the studio and copywriting team to build personalised content using the Content Management System (CMS)
- Signing off and getting approval from stakeholders before making campaigns live
- Reporting to the project team on the status and delivery of digital content and projects
- Leading the delivery of digital elements for business wide strategic projects
- Testing and implementing digital campaigns
- Researching and delivering new customer engagement initiatives
- Creating and optimising business processes to improve the use of resources throughout the business
Requirements:
- 6-12 months experience in either project or content management
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills
- A passion for the digital environment and understanding of SEO and web usability
- An interest in travel and leisure along with managing customer relationships
