This position is responsible for supporting the Account teams for the delivery of performance marketing programmes. You will understand clients' needs and work within a team to implement social advertising programmes that meet those needs. You will contribute to deliver presentations and recommendations directly to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management; ensuring delivery of campaigns on time to brief and budget, daily performance checks, weekly reporting to clients and understanding of financial statuses.
- Client management; understanding the client's business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etc. and helping account leads to contribute to their strategy.
- Business Development; supporting the Account Manager to identify new opportunities for increasing existing client spend, contributing to winning new accounts.
- Teamwork; contribute to induction and training of new team members.
- Other; representing at industry events and tradeshows, developing working relationships with key contacts.
Long term potential for successful applicants exists in two main areas - client facing work such as account management or more technical work in areas such as business analysis. Salaries in the digital marketing sector rise steeply with experience.
Requirements:
- BSc or equivalent in analytical subjects e.g. Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, Economics.
- Fluency in Polish and ideally German.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercial awareness.
- Strong people and financial management skills.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents.
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Excel is particularly important.
