Key responsibilities;
- Assisting the client services, technical and sales teams in delivering digital marketing campaigns predominately across display (banner ads) + social media, video, mobile
- New client, campaign set up; receiving and checking orders, inserting into systems etc.
- Reporting; pulling data from tracking tools and manipulating into various formats
- At circa 3 months; taking ownership of small projects from start to finish, both English and German or Spanish
- Setting up campaigns, ensuring technically sound before going live
- Optimally allocating budget spend via analysis and trading (bidding and buying advertising space)
- Monitoring campaign data daily and making optimal changes where possible
- Producing regular client reports with key insight throughout and post campaign
- Building and maintaining client relationships via regular campaign feedback and identifying additional business opportunities
- Assisting with ad hoc meetings and presentations at global locations
There is excellent scope to progress within the company, including taking on larger accounts, being more involved in analysis, strategy, building business relationships etc.
Requirements:
- Confident communicator and relationship builder
- Second language in Spanish or German
- Keen interest in digital space, particularly Real Time Bidding (RTB)
- Strong numerical analysis skills; including manipulating data and drawing out key insight
- Technically proficient, particularly with Excel
- Fast learner, driven to succeed
