Job Title: Graduate Customer Specialist - French speaking

Our client is one of the world's leading medical devise organisations. They are a specialist in the worldwide orthopaedic market.

Our client is now looking for a graduate to join them as a member of their European Product Experience team, based in Pusignan in France.

You will be the first point of call for patients and health care professionals in France to report any issues with regards to the performance of medical devices. You will record all information concerning the issues, work with manufacturers on a global basis to ensure the issue is actioned and communicate often quite technical information back to the customer.

Our client is very much looking for someone who can own the whole process and take full accountability for all aspects of the role.

Full training in all products and anatomy is given, so knowledge of or previous experience in the healthcare industry is not required.

Essential skills for the role include:

- At least a 2.2 or above in your chosen degree.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Excellent problem solving skills and quality driven.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Proactive and highly organised.
