Job Title: Graduate Customer Liaison and Training Executive

My client is an independent publishing company in the city who specialise in producing digital content for the legal sector. They have been trading since 1986 and are at the forefront of innovative technologies within legal research publishing.

Reporting to the Customer Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Meeting clients onsite to train them on how to use their subscriptions. The majority of clients are London-based but you will be required to travel to other parts of the UK and Ireland where necessary
- Conducting webinars to international clients to demonstrate usage of subscriptions
- Presenting products to large groups at events and conferences
- Handling incoming training enquiries and customer queries
- Preparatory administration prior to training sessions
- Contacting customers to ensure satisfaction

The role pays a basic salary of £18k and is based in the Camden area. The standard hours are 9.00am-5.30pm and full training will be provided internally. In the long-term the role can be fine-tuned and adapted to the desire of the successful candidate.

Essential Skills:

- You must be an excellent communicator both over the telephone and in front of groups of people. Experience of presenting in front of business professionals would be preferred.
- An understanding and interest in the legal sector will be advantageous to understand the application of the company services.
