Role
A fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting change in company structure. Sitting in the CRM team you will be responsible for managing CRM strategy across multiple brands and reporting to senior staff members.
Responsibilities;
- Liaising with, and briefing other teams on, CRM strategy and campaign planning
- Interpreting data summaries, both quantitative and qualitative
- Competitor analysis to improve and grow the wider business
- Manage and control digital avenues of campaigns such as SMS, email and online
- Ensure all content is in-line with campaign requirements and values
- Manage promotion specifications and communicate across various content and development teams
Essential Skills
- Highly organised
- Confident communicator
- Tech savvy; interested in gaming or mobile apps
- Analytical; comfortable with basic data handling and calculations
- Eager to learn and take on early responsibility
- HTML, CSS, Google Analytics (preferred not essential)
