Our client is the major international home shopping channel. They reach over 11 million households in the UK, employ around 1800 staff with 500 in London, and offer a wide variety of products from electrical items to fashion and jewellery.

Our client's UK operation goes from strength to strength, with revenues of £260 million and over 2 million customers. Their global operations in the US, Japan and Germany generated total sales of $6.5 billion in 2005. The company is a spectacular business by any standards.

Our client has an exciting position reporting to the senior copywriter where you will write exciting selling and advertising copy for their award winning website. You will also help to create multimedia content for their website and external platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Write imaginative online creative selling copy to enhance the sell of products
- Liaise with planning and design teams
- Keep up to date with competitors websites
- Assist in content and presentation for social media including liaison with presenters
- Blogging

Requirements:

- 2:1 or above in English, Media or related
- Blog writing experience
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
