My client is a global leader in the manufacture of construction equiptment.

My client is seeking an enthusiastic, confident and tenacious candidate to become a Continuous Improvement Co-ordinator within this highly profitable organisation.

You will work directly with Warehouse and Logistics to look at ways to improve and implement warehouse productivity. You will be expected to provide data analysis for potential opportunities and present the proposed changes to management.

You will be expected to understand Lean Principles and ensure that all high risks have countermeasures designed and implemented.

The long term goal is to be mentored to management level.

Essential skills include:

- 2:2 or above in an Engineering or related discipline.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Demonstrable problem solving abilities.
- Confidence to implement ideas.
- Commercial experience.
- Experience in a leadership position.
- Immediate availability.
