After an intense five week training period with the other 2014 graduates, your week will be spent based out on different client sites around the UK, and abroad, with your team. It's challenging work, but it's rewarding and, unlike some other companies, you are always home by 6pm on a Friday and will never work weekends.
You will be identifying and critically assessing issues, investigating the best way to solve these problems, presenting your findings to clients, and formulating a comprehensive outline for implementation. Industries include healthcare, manufacturing, transport, industrial, retail, private equity and more. Job satisfaction is high and if you do your job properly, your clients will thank you - after all you may have just saved them millions!
You will need:
- 2:1 or a 1st level degree in a STEM subject from a top 40 University, ideally Engineering or Physics
- AAB at A-Level or equivalent UCAS points, including Maths
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Strong team spirit and the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of people
- Willing to travel as part of your job including overnight stays during the working week
