This leading business is looking for a graduate to come in and make an impact - maximising revenue through both selling to the customer base and optimising the sales journey by supporting the customer and the company.This is a dynamic, fast paced role with great variety and is an amazing way to get in to a big business.
The role involves:
-Huge responsibility in supporting a team of 50 field sales staff through planning customer meetings, gathering sales data, product samples, creating presentations. You will also log and track all quotations and sale figures.
-Your communication skills will be put to great use through direct telephone based conversations where you will be upselling, supporting customers and tracking invoices, along with conducting weekly business plans.
-Direct contact with customers is pivotal in building and continuing relationships with merchants and customers.
This role is purely a platform for you to progress from. Progression within the company is not only encouraged but actively supported, this role could see you move on to Customer Service Support and Area Sales Manager.
Requirements:
-University degree at 2:2 or above (Business or Construction related degrees will be favoured).
-Excellent communication skills.
-Out going with a positive attitude.
-Great organisational skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
-Full driving licence.
-Flexible regarding location.
