Job Title: Graduate Commercial/Business Scheme

My client is a global leader of systems to the mass transit industry. Through the provision of business and IT services they are responsible for keeping transportation systems running.

My client is seeking a recent Business graduate to join their company on this rotational graduate scheme on the commercial and business side of the company.

Working out of the European headquarters in Surrey you will have the opportunity to rotate through a variety of placements including Project Management, Finance, Contracts and Business Development. After the rotations are completed you will be offered the chance to join the business unit you showed a natural aptitude and interest in.

This scheme will also offer the chance to join the installation teams in site to give you a full understanding of the whole business.

Essential skills include:

- 2:1 in a Business or related degree.
- 240 UCAS points or 3 x C for your first 3 A levels.
- Leadership experience; can be commercial or personal.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
