This company provides market leading technical solutions to banks, trading houses and blue chip organisations worldwide.
An opportunity has arisen to join the organisation as a Client Support Consultant. This important role based out of the London HQ will see the incumbent play a key part in improving and maintaining the satisfaction of clients and partners.
You will gain great exposure working closely with the Head of Customer Support and Product Support Consultants. You will be responsible for the quality and delivery of services offered to clients. The role will include co-ordinating support incidents, fix requests and work orders for a dedicated group of customers and partners. You will perform initial support incident analysis and where required assigning support incidents to Product Support Consultants for further investigation.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing client upgrade processes and small consultancy projects
- Monitor compliance with service level agreements
- Define and implement initiatives to increase client satisfaction
- Identify customer training needs or consultancy opportunities to improve their processes
- Managing incidents
- Act as a primary point of contact for key clients
- Assist customer and lead consultants to document and submit support incidents
- Manage all customer and partner support incidents, fix requests and work orders
We are looking for candidates with exceptional communication and problem solving skills. Prior exposure to technology is not essential however a methodical approach and a desire to further your technical understanding is key.
In addition you should:
- Have a strong academic background - 2:1 or equivalent in your undergraduate degree and high A level grades (or equivalent)
- Be analytically minded with a passion for problem solving
- Be able to build and develop high level working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Have a flexible approach
- Be able to work under your own initiative
- Be inquisitive and able to identify solutions
