Job Title: Graduate Client Support Analyst

Our client is a leading provider of market data and trading information. Their services enable traders, portfolio and risk managers to perform better and make faster trading decisions.

They have offices based in London and New York, which service their worldwide client base.



Our client is now seeking a Graduate Client Support Analyst to join their support team in London.

You will be responsible for the resolution and assistance in application support based problems and requests in both a first and second line environment. The role requires close coordination with the Sales and Account Management teams.

You must have excellent problem solving skills, a professional demeanour and be able to work well under pressure while handling multiple tasks. You should have a strong interest in financial services alongside your technical skills.

Essential skills for the role include:

- At least a 2.1 or above in a technical discipline
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines
- Ability to follow defined processes
- Understanding of any the following application support skills: SQL, .Net, C Sharp, Excel VBA
